RESPONSIBILITIES
- strategic appoach toward maximizing revenue through use of historical data and analysis of the market.
- to ensure the sales team accords new and existing companies with corporate rates that are in line with the requirements of each property within the cluster to achieve the desired revenue target, otherwise the CRM system
- coordinate with the director of sales & marketing identifying possibilities of promotional activities such as next rate / consortia rate.assist, manage and follow up with global and local sales.
- to coordinate and ensure that inventory is sold at optimum levels
- maximizing opportunities by using creative methods such as upgrading and double selling of apartments.
REQUIREMETS
- diploma of bachelor degree is prefered
- preferably familiar with HIS and revenue management 2-3 years experience
- knowledge of microsoft office e.g., word adn excel. good cordination
